Morning Breakfast
Today is a new day and for breakfast I made myself some fruit salad topped with flaked almonds. So yummy and love it in the morning, it is so refreshing and an all round healthy natural snack. Let me know if you want more of these kind of recipes. This one is so simple and only contains four fruits, orange, kiwi, strawberry and apple. I made a huge bowl and just took a small portion for breakfast but put the rest in the fridge so I have healthy snack to munch on later or tomorrow without having to think about what to make. I have noticed some nice changes in my body since i started eating more cleaner. I also had a piece of rye bread with organic cheese and a brushetta mix I created, let me know if you would like me to post a pic or give you the recipe. Yesterday I did cheat and have to be honest about that but today is a brand new day so I have to hope back into business. Join me!
