Bruschetta


Okay so this morning the fruit salad was just not enough and I needed something else to get me going and this is what I made, a bruschetta using cheddar (shredded), tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic, pinch of sea salt, lemon juice and olive oil, then a sprinkle of some dried herbs that I had in my cupboard. It was just the thing and so yummy. I love the mix, and oh I almost forgot the bread was just some wholemeal bread toasted. Thats it, simple, easy and so good for you too, thats the way I like it!!!!
